Our Story

Papi's House

Fresh tacos. Built your way.

Casa Papi started with Scott Murphy and brothers Charlie and Max Evans — three mates connected through Bramhall's local football community, long before any of this was a plan.

Scott's always loved cooking and hosting. Somewhere along the way, his home became known as Casa Papi — the place people turned up hungry and left full. Charlie and Max saw something worth building on in that, and took an empty unit in Bramhall to turn it into the real thing: proper food, cooked properly, for the people around here.

Bramhall is home. And this is just the start.

"Casa Papi" — Daddy's House A name for Scott's kitchen, and a personal nod to Charlie and Max's late dad, Dave.
